1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All products ordered on GANESHCONS & SONS PRIVATE LIMITED are packaged with eco-friendly protective materials and dispatched directly from our manufacturing and warehousing facility in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
- Standard Retail Orders: Processed and packed within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Custom / Monogrammed Pieces: Dispatched in 3 to 5 business days.
- Wholesale / B2B Container Consignments: Subject to production lead times agreed upon in the official Proforma Invoice.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
We partner with India's premier express couriers (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post Speed Post).
Domestic Shipping Rates:
• Orders ₹2,999 and above: FREE Delivery
• Orders under ₹2,999: Flat nominal charge of ₹150
• Delivery Timeline: 2 to 5 business days depending on delivery PIN code.
3. International Air Express Export
We dispatch international parcels to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, UAE, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and GCC nations via DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, and Aramex.
- Transit Velocity: 4 to 7 business days from airport handover.
- Tracking: End-to-end Air Waybill (AWB) tracking sent via email and WhatsApp.
- Customs & Clearance: Export documentation and Certificates of Origin are provided by GANESHCONS & SONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
4. Insurance & Damaged Shipments
All shipments are insured against transit damage or total loss. If your package arrives with visible tampering or damage, photograph the parcel and notify our customer desk at ayushkssk@gmail.com within 48 hours for immediate replacement.
